Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or invoice) is required.

  • Certain products such as memory cards, batteries, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through Cash on Delivery (COD) reimbursement, since COD is our only payment method. You will receive details from our team regarding the refund process.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on your location and delivery service.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.
